Patterns Formed During Weaving
Veltrion Webbings manufactures jacquard webbing with patterns or logos formed during weaving. We support bag and apparel brands, textile distributors and product manufacturers sourcing branded straps, handles and sewn components.
The production specification combines material, width, thickness, weave, colors and pattern repeat. These details determine how the design appears on the finished webbing and how the component fits its application.
Woven and printed effects should be specified separately. If your reference includes both, identify which elements must be woven so we can review the construction before quotation and sampling.
Translating Artwork into a Woven Construction
Send the logo or pattern file together with the required webbing width, approximate artwork scale, repeat arrangement and color references. A physical sample is useful when matching an existing construction.
Fine lines, small lettering and closely spaced details need review against the proposed yarn and weave. A design that looks clear on screen may need adjustment to remain recognizable in woven form. We review feasible options before developing the sample.
The jacquard pattern development stage establishes the artwork direction. Weaving then evaluates how that design works within the selected construction.
Confirming Colors, Repeat and Both Sides
Pattern colors must be considered alongside the base color and yarn selection. Confirm which areas use each color and whether contrast is important for logo recognition.
Repeat length and spacing affect the appearance of continuous rolls and cut components. If a logo must sit within a finished strap section, provide the intended cutting and assembly arrangement. Pattern placement should be reviewed with the complete component requirements.
The reverse side may differ from the face. State whether it remains visible during use and whether its appearance or yarn floats could affect sewing, folding or hardware fit. These details belong in the sample requirements before approval.
Reviewing the Woven Sample
Sample review covers width, thickness, hand feel, pattern clarity, colors, repeat and face and reverse appearance. Evaluate the sample with the intended buckle, adjuster or sewing arrangement where relevant.
Changes to artwork, yarn colors or construction may require another development sample and affect cost, MOQ or timing. Record revisions clearly so the approved version provides a consistent production reference.
Our sample development and approval process confirms the agreed details before bulk weaving. Visual approval does not establish strength, color fastness or compliance with a specified standard.
Checks During Bulk Weaving
Production checks focus on dimensions, edges, visible weaving defects, pattern appearance and repeat against the confirmed specification and approved sample. Required tolerances and acceptance criteria should be agreed before production.
Additional testing needs a defined method and target values. Review these requirements through webbing inspection and testing before ordering so scope, timing and cost can be confirmed.
Quotation and Roll Supply Requirements
Send material composition, width, thickness, artwork, colors and meters per item/color. Include the application, reference sample, repeat requirements and any testing criteria.
Standard webbing orders usually start from 500–1,000 meters per item/color. Custom jacquard patterns may require higher quantities depending on the specification and setup.
Confirm roll length, splice limits, labels, packing and destination. We review the complete request before confirming feasible construction, project MOQ and production timing.
