Start with the Finished Product
Veltrion Webbings develops custom webbing for bag and outdoor brands, importers, textile distributors and product manufacturers. Our Ningbo-based manufacturing team reviews your application before confirming the material, construction, dimensions and processing needed for an OEM order.
A reference sample helps explain the intended appearance, but the finished product determines what else needs checking. Tell us whether the webbing will form a bag handle, pass through an adjuster, be sewn into apparel or become part of a textile assembly. Include any performance requirements that affect product suitability.
Match Construction to Production Fit
We work with cotton, polypropylene, nylon, polyester, elastic yarns and blends. Material composition, weave and hand feel are considered together, particularly when the webbing needs to fold, hold its shape or move through hardware.
Width and thickness should match the intended sewing operation and component clearance. If you already use a buckle or adjuster, provide its relevant dimensions or a physical reference for sample review. Our width, thickness and weave customization service addresses these connected requirements.
For elastic constructions, specify the extension and recovery conditions you expect. For strength-sensitive applications, provide target values and test methods. A material name or visual match alone does not establish finished-webbing performance.
Define Color and Branding Requirements
Custom development can include color matching, woven jacquard patterns and printed logos. Choose the decoration route according to the effect required: woven patterns form part of the construction, while printing is applied to the selected base webbing.
Send physical color references or color codes, together with artwork dimensions, placement and repeat length. For jacquard designs, confirm the required face and reverse appearance. Fine details and color combinations need sample review before the design is accepted for production.
Confirm Samples Before Bulk Production
Existing styles using standard materials normally take 5–10 working days for sampling. Custom development usually takes 10–20 working days. Charges and sample delivery arrangements are confirmed for each request.
Evaluate the sample against the intended use: dimensions, weave, hand feel, color, branding and component fit. Any required changes should be resolved through sample development and approval before bulk production. Agree measurable acceptance criteria where appearance alone is insufficient.
Plan Quantities, Checks and Packing
Standard orders usually start from 500–1,000 meters per item/color. Special materials, custom patterns and private label packing may increase the minimum. Submit quantities by specification and color so feasibility and pricing can be assessed accurately.
Standard bulk production normally takes 25–35 working days; complex custom orders may take 35–45. Timing is agreed after sample and order requirements are settled. Production checks cover materials, dimensions, visible weaving defects, patterns, quantities and packing. Additional testing requires advance agreement.
Specify roll length, splice limits, labels, individual bags and export cartons through our private label and roll packaging options.
Send Your Project for Review
Send your application, composition, width, thickness, weave, quantity per color and reference sample or artwork. Add packing requirements, destination, target schedule and any inspection needs. We will review feasible options, MOQ and timing, with trade terms and transport arrangements confirmed separately.
