Pack Webbing for Your Supply Chain
Veltrion Webbings supports roll packaging and private label requirements for importers, textile distributors, brands and OEM product manufacturers. Packing is reviewed around how your team receives, stores, distributes or feeds the webbing into production.
Available options include rolls, individual polybags, customized labels and export cartons. Send your packing requirements with the product specification so roll format, identification and quantities can be included in the quotation. Special labels or packing formats may affect costs, minimum quantities and preparation time.
Confirm Roll Length and Splice Requirements
Specify the required length per roll and whether your production process needs continuous lengths. Agree any permitted splice or joint limits before ordering, including how joints should be identified if allowed.
The order quantity and roll length should be listed separately. Total meters alone do not define how many rolls your warehouse will receive or how the material will be handled during assembly. If roll size affects storage or equipment compatibility, provide those requirements for review.
Confirm whether lengths are stated in meters or yards. Any cutting requirements should also be identified, since cut sections and continuous roll supply need different packing arrangements.
Prepare Private Label Artwork
Provide the label artwork, required placement and information fields. Depending on your stock system, these may include your item reference, material description, width, color identification and stated roll length. Product information must match the confirmed specification.
Brand labels identify the supplied roll or package. A logo printed or woven directly onto the webbing requires separate development through logo and printing customization.
Confirm whether labels are needed on each roll, individual bag, carton or a combination of these. If barcodes are required, supply the approved files and scanning requirements for feasibility review.
Organize Colors, Items and Protective Packing
Mixed-color or mixed-specification orders need a clear packing breakdown. State whether different items may share a carton or should be packed separately. Roll and carton identification should allow your receiving team to distinguish products without relying on appearance alone.
Individual polybags can be specified for separately packed rolls. Confirm the required packing format and any handling concerns rather than assuming one arrangement suits every order. Our roll packing and export preparation process covers the final quantity, label and packing checks before dispatch.
Approve Packing Before Bulk Production
Review the proposed roll format, labels, bagging and carton arrangement alongside the product sample. Through sample development and approval, packing requirements are settled before they become bulk-order instructions.
Late changes to artwork, roll length or item separation can affect packing preparation and dispatch. Confirm these details with the order, including any inspection or shipment-document requirements.
Request a Packing and Supply Quote
Standard webbing orders usually start from 500–1,000 meters per item/color. Private label packing may require higher quantities. Standard bulk production normally takes 25–35 working days; complex custom orders may take 35–45 after sample and order requirements are settled.
Send product specifications, quantities, roll lengths, splice limits, label files, carton requirements and destination. EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP arrangements are reviewed for the actual order and destination, with transport time confirmed separately from production.
