Develop Printed Branding for Your Webbing
Veltrion Webbings develops printed logos and patterns for bag and outdoor brands, importers, textile distributors and OEM product manufacturers. We review the base webbing and artwork together before confirming the sample requirements.
Tell us how the printed section will appear in your finished product. Continuous branded straps, short sewn components and promotional webbing can require different logo orientation and repeat arrangements. Include any folding, cutting or hardware contact that could affect the visible design.
Confirm the Base Webbing First
Material, width, thickness, weave and surface appearance influence how a printed design looks. A fine logo may appear differently on a textured weave than on a smoother construction. Confirm the proposed base before approving the artwork for sampling.
Our material and yarn selection review helps define the composition behind the sample. State the required hand feel, flexibility and processing conditions, especially where the webbing will be sewn or passed through an adjuster.
If the construction changes after the print sample is approved, the appearance should be reviewed again.
Prepare Artwork, Placement and Repeat Details
Provide a clear original artwork file with the required logo size, orientation, colors and repeat spacing. Identify whether printing is required on one or both sides; feasibility and the production scope are reviewed before confirmation.
For continuous designs, specify the distance between motifs and their direction along the webbing. For a logo intended to sit within a finished cut section, provide the component drawing and placement requirements. Printing repeat and cutting position need to be considered together.
Small lettering, fine lines and closely spaced details may require adjustment after sample review. Confirm proposed changes before the design is released for bulk production.
Review Colors and Decoration Options
Specify the base webbing color separately from the printed colors. Physical references or color codes help establish the intended result, with color matching reviewed against the selected material and surface.
Printed decoration and woven jacquard create different effects. If your reference shows a logo formed from yarn within the structure, our jacquard pattern development service is the relevant route. The decoration method should be settled before quotation and sampling.
Approve the Actual Printed Sample
Review logo clarity, scale, orientation, placement, repeat and color on the developed webbing. Check how the design appears after the sample is folded, sewn or threaded through the intended hardware.
Existing styles using standard materials normally take 5–10 working days for sampling; custom development usually takes 10–20. Sample charges and delivery arrangements are confirmed for the request. Any requested changes should be resolved before bulk production.
Agree Checks, Quantities and Delivery
Production checks cover print appearance, agreed pattern details, webbing dimensions, quantities and packing. If washing or rubbing color fastness matters, provide the required method and acceptance criteria before ordering so testing arrangements, cost and timing can be confirmed.
Standard orders usually start from 500–1,000 meters per item/color. Custom artwork, special materials and packing may increase the minimum. Standard bulk production normally takes 25–35 working days; complex custom work may take 35–45 after sample and order requirements are settled.
Send your application, base specification, artwork, quantity breakdown, roll length, splice limits, labels and destination. We will review feasible printing options, MOQ and timing, with shipment arrangements confirmed separately.
