Webbing Developed Around Your Product
Veltrion Webbings manufactures custom webbing for importers, textile distributors, bag and outdoor brands, and product manufacturers. Based in Ningbo, China, our team develops cotton, polypropylene, nylon, polyester, elastic, jacquard and printed webbing around the requirements of your finished product.
A useful specification connects appearance with production fit. We review material composition, width, thickness, weave, hand feel and any branding or packing requirements before proposing a sample. Tell us how the webbing will be sewn, threaded through hardware or incorporated into your product so these details can guide development.
Material, Dimensions and Weave
Material selection starts with the application and any processing or performance requirements. Cotton, PP, nylon, polyester, elastic yarns and blends offer different development possibilities. The complete composition should be confirmed, particularly for blended and elastic constructions.
Width, thickness and weave need to work together. A sample may look suitable but still be too thick for a buckle or too firm for the intended sewing operation. Share your target dimensions, tolerances and reference components where available. Our material and yarn selection guidance helps identify the information needed for this review.
Changes to yarn, construction or dimensions can affect appearance, material consumption, MOQ and timing. We assess these requirements together before confirming the quotation.
Color Matching and Appearance
We develop colors from your physical references or specified color codes. A reference sample also helps communicate texture, surface appearance and hand feel, which a photograph may not show accurately.
Color approval should relate to the selected material and construction. Different yarns and weaving structures can produce different visual effects, even when the intended color is similar. Review the developed sample under agreed viewing conditions and identify any wash or rubbing color fastness requirements before production.
Jacquard Patterns and Printed Logos
Jacquard patterns are formed during weaving, while printed designs are applied to the selected webbing base. Specify the required effect clearly so the sample follows the correct production route.
For woven patterns, we review colors, width, repeat length and the required face and reverse appearance. For printing, provide the artwork dimensions, placement, repeat and color references. Fine details need to be reviewed against the proposed construction and available print area.
Our logo and printing customization page explains the artwork details needed for sampling. Use a reference image to communicate the direction, then confirm the actual sample before releasing the design for bulk production.
Sample Development and Approval
Existing styles using standard materials normally take 5–10 working days for sampling. Custom development usually takes 10–20 working days. Sample charges and delivery arrangements are confirmed according to the request.
The approval review should cover composition, dimensions, weave, hand feel, color, pattern and relevant performance requirements. Packing details should also be settled where they affect the supplied product. Our sample development and approval process provides the confirmation points before bulk production.
Requested changes may require another sample review. Production timing is agreed after the sample and order requirements are settled.
Private Label and Roll Packaging
Packing is developed around how you receive, store and use the webbing. Available options include rolls, individual polybags, customized labels and export cartons. Specify roll length, item identification, color breakdown and any splice limits when requesting a quotation.
Private label requirements should include the label artwork, packing format and carton markings. Review our private label and roll packaging options to define these details alongside the product specification. Special packing can affect handling costs and minimum quantities.
MOQ, Production Checks and Delivery
Standard orders usually start from 500–1,000 meters per item/color. Special materials, custom patterns and private label packing may require higher quantities. Provide a complete order breakdown for a project-specific assessment.
Standard bulk production normally takes 25–35 working days; complex custom work may take 35–45. Checks cover materials, dimensions, visible weaving defects, woven or printed patterns, quantities and packing. Additional testing and third-party inspection arrangements require advance agreement.
Send Your OEM Webbing Requirements
Send your application, composition, dimensions, weave, meters per item/color, artwork and packing requirements. Include a reference sample or photograph where specifications are incomplete.
Add your destination, target schedule, preferred trade term and any testing requirements. We will review feasible options, MOQ, sample arrangements and production timing. EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP arrangements are assessed for the order and destination, with transport time confirmed separately.
